These pea shoots are packed with pea flavor, have excellent germination rates, and grow upright, for a very clean harvest. Grown by Mountain Valley Seed Co., in Salt Lake City, Utah, we find them to be of very high quality, and trust their testing for pathogens and germination rates.
Soaking the seeds (remember that peas expand alot) overnight, followed by a rinse, improves the speed and uniformity of germination. Each 4 ounce package yields a bumper crop of tasty shoots.
